Randy Mayo Assistant Principal (Human Services Academy)

B. S. - Middle Tennessee State University M. Ed. - Trevecca Nazarene College  Mr. Mayo is a Nashville native. He graduated from Maplewood High School where he enjoyed playing sports. He was inspired by a former teacher to become a teacher. He graduated from MTSU with a degree in Health and Physical Education. The emphasis of his Master's degree was Administration and Supervision. Mr. Mayo has taught at several  schools throughout Nashville and coached basketball and track. He was named Joelton Middle School's Teacher of the Year and was thus nominated for the MNPS Middle School Teacher of the Year. This is Mr. Mayo's thirty third year to teach in the Metro Nashville Public School System.  Mr. Mayo enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family in his leisure time. He is excited to be a part of the Cane Ridge Administrative Staff.  Some of his CRHS duties include: Athletic Principal and Human Services Academy
